These terms govern your use of D1 Marketplace. This is a template and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
2. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and delivery of everything they list. Listings that violate our policies may be removed.
3. Transactions
D1 Marketplace is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. Unless explicitly stated, we are not a party to any transaction and do not guarantee any item or meetup.
4. Prohibited conduct
No fraud, harassment, spam, scraping, circumvention of platform fees, or attempts to access other users' data.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the community.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, D1 Marketplace is provided as-is without warranties, and our liability is limited.
